MOVING CHILDREN TO EXTRAORDINARY LIFE WITH CHRIST!
At Steele Heights Baptist Church, each child will have the opportunity to know more about God, learn how to live their lives to honour God and share God’s truth with others. Leaders will partner with parents to help them raise children to be spiritual champions. Our desire is to provide children with fun Bible learning within a caring community.

Children of SHBC from Kindergarten to Grade 6 have the opportunity to come together midweek to hide God’s word in their hearts through Bible study, memory verses, games, and songs!
ARISE meets in the Fireside Room on Tuesdays from 6:15 – 7:45 pm.

Sundays during the services
For ages 3 through grade 6
POWER UP is offered on Sunday mornings. Using Bible stories, drama, crafts, games, songs, and snacks, children discover God’s plan through his Word, the Bible. Children are required to register for participation in this program.

The nursery is a secure environment and is intended for babies and parents.

Thursday Nights, 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM
This program is designed to help 5th and 6th grade students with the transition from Children’s Ministries to Youth Ministries. This ministry will focus on challenging them to take ownership of their faith, how to be leaders, set an example for others, use their gifts, and share the light of Jesus with the world!
