The purpose of the Worship Team is to love God and lead the congregation in worship that focuses on Jesus Christ. We believe he is the risen Son of God and worthy of our thoughts, praise, confession, and thanksgiving. The Worship Team plays an essential part in helping people gathered in the sanctuary and online, to draw near to God.
The worship experience is a Spirit-filled, Word-centered activity that incorporates music, teaching, giving, prayer, communion, and the reading of God’s word. As these gifts of God’s grace and revelation converge within a worshipper, they result in victory, forgiveness, spiritual direction, and power and transformed lives for Jesus as he is enthroned in their lives.
We have two Sunday worship services. One at 9 AM and another at 11 AM. They are generally around 70-minutes long and both services are essentially identical in content and format. Dress is casual but some people enjoy dressing up as well. Our worship style is a blend of contemporary and traditional songs and hymns and teaching from God’s Word.
The Praise Team members lead the music portion of the worship service. Praise music provides the congregation with an opportunity to worship God and experience the moving of His Spirit through video, spiritual songs, hymns, and choruses.

The Tech Team provides sound and audio-visual support for both in-person and online worship services. We believe that technology serves both the praise and preaching teams to effectively lead in worship to God and live stream our worship services online.
